Special Proposition

  • Watchdog Protection Plus (WPP) is a customized service plan offering with a one-time fee, and is calculated based upon the manufacturer's stated failure rates of equipment.

  • The plan covers the service call and the cost of rotating equipment. In the event that a component in the field fails, a replacement unit from the rotation stock is shipped out within 24 hours, while your return is repaired and put back into rotation.

Customer Assurance Plan

This enhanced service plan keeps our customers up and running, avoids extended periods of downtime and puts a cap on repair bills. The majority of our customers take part in our WPP plan to cover any 'unknowns' that impact their daily operations.

This plan is offered during and after the installation to ensure that every aspect of each project is successfully completed and insured to our client's wishes and to TVPOS's exceptional customer service standards.
